Philadelphia Police Homicide Unit arrested Isaiah Reels, 30, the second suspect depicted in the following surveillance video. Homicide Capt. John Ryan said Reels was expected to be charged with murder, conspiracy, and related offenses in Harris’ death. Police ask that anyone with information about the case contact the Homicide Division at 215-686-3334.
