November 9, 2017 – Isaiah Reels, 31, was arrested about 2:30 p.m. at his girlfriend’s residence on the 6500 block of Allman Street in Southwest Philadelphia by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and police homicide detectives, said Robert Clark, supervisor of the Marshals task force in Philadelphia.
